  • 48hr Cancellation Notice – Sessions with less than 48hrs notice will be considered completed. Occasional urgent 24hrs notice cancellations could be understood and forgiven.
  • Personalized Exercise Sheets: No charge for 1st sheet. Additional sheets are available at $35 each.
  • Cash Payments receive a 10% discount.
